Sit on the floor in front of a mirror. Soundtrack is your favorite ethereal raw singeress (mine is Kate Bush or Tori Amos or Florence) and gaze into your own eyes, trace your body lovingly and start to slowly move your body and as you awaken allow yourself to get feral with it. Get into your body, don’t think. Turn yourself on. Keep going
